Dear TPUCS Community,
What a month it’s been for The Pop-Up Care Shop!
October was filled with movement, meaningful connections, and moments that remind us why we do this work. From hosting our very first Clothing Crawl to cultivating new relationships and partnerships within our community, we’ve continued to demonstrate that care is about more than what we give. It’s about how we show up for one another.
As we close out the month, we’re reflecting on a few special moments and looking ahead to what’s next!
Whether you give, volunteer, donate clothing, or simply share our mission with someone who should know about us, there’s a place for you in this community.
With gratitude,
The Pop-Up Care Shop

October Highlights: Community in Motion
Clothing Crawl
One of our favorite moments this month was our Clothing Crawl in partnership with Think Coffee and City Girls Who Care!
We brought people together for an afternoon community walk and clothing drive, benefiting women in need.
It was a beautiful reminder that community care can take many forms. Sometimes, it looks like showing up, walking alongside one another, and finding ways to make a difference together.
Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, and helped make the day so special!

Creating Space for Healing at Freedom House
We had the opportunity to attend Freedom House’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month Dinner, where residents who are survivors of Domestic violence were given space to connect, celebrate their strength, and engage in activities centered on healing, self-care, and empowerment.
